Focus and Scope

Menara Perkebunan as a communication media for research publishes articles covering original results on the pre- and post-harvest biotechnology of estate crops. The contents of the articles should be directed for solving the problems of production and/or processing of estate crops of smallholders, private plantations and state-owned estates based on the principles: (1) analyses of innovative research methods and techniques in biotechnology, which are indispensable for advancing in agricultural research and (2) critical scientific reviews of publications in agricultural and estate biotechnology for building the foundation of excellent research implementation.

Peer Review Process

Menara Perkebunan applied Double-blind Peer Review Process. A submitted manuscript that is in accordance with the focus and scope of the journal will be followed up to reviewing process. Editors will request at least two reviewers to review the manuscript. The reviewers will be chosen based on their relevancy with the related topic and numbers of their reputational publications. One round of reviewing process by each reviewer is normally complete within two weeks. Evaluation results from the first reviewer will be the main consideration for editors to make a decision.

 

Open Access Policy

Menara Perkebunan provides fully open access to its content and free of charge.

 

Plagiarism

Submitted manuscript should be an original work that is not plagiarized and not has been published or being considered elsewhere. Editorial team use Crossref or other plagiarism software to check the originality and the simmilarities of manuscript with existing literatures.
